COOL-FIT is a complete pre-insulated pipe system. Factory made insulated pipe and fittings offer excellent insulating properties as well as a complete vapour tight seal for reliability and longevity.

Plastic pipe systems do not suffer oxidation and consequential material degradation caused by contact with the general environment, both on the internal and external surface of the pipe. GF pipe systems have a design life-span of > 25 years.

GF offers a specialist calculation tool to support engineering calculations for use of plastic pipes for chilled water, condensate water and general cooling water applications.

A major benefit of plastic pipes is there low weight compared to all metallic alternatives. Particularly for roof-top installations, for example ; dry-coolers and cooling towers. Weight savings of several tonnes can be achieved with significant financial and time on-site benefits
