The Factory Mutual Research Corporation (FMRC) is the testing laboratory that is internationally recognized for its work testing components for fire protection systems. Components for fire protection systems are tested to ensure that the products can pass an aggressive level of performance, safety and quality standards. Any GF product that is labelled with the Factory Mutual symbol indicates that the product has met and even exceeded the rigorous requirements for fire protection s stems. The manufacturing processes and the in-house testing facilities at GF have been inspected and approved by FMRC, and are audited frequently to ensure compliance and to promote continuing improvement.
